How the matching works

  1. Your flavour profile

    We ask about things you already know: coffee, honey, roasted nuts, miso broth. Your answers become a profile across seven flavour dimensions, along with what you don't like.

  2. Compared with our teas

    Every nagori tea has the same kind of profile, plus practical traits: how easy it is to brew, what time of day it tastes best, whether it works with milk and what a cup costs.

  3. A result with reasons

    You get three teas with a match percentage, the reason for each pick, brewing tips for your teaware and a set to start with. You can email the result to yourself.

We put the flavour profiles together from farm and supplier descriptions and our research into the tea market in Poland. The matching model was built with the help of AI. We save answers without any personal data: every match helps us choose the next teas for the shop.
