Jin Xuan is a tea cultivar bred in Taiwan in the early 1980s. It has a naturally creamy aroma that reminds people of milk, which is why it's sometimes called “milk oolong”. Many cheap “milk oolongs” are flavoured; this one isn't: all the creaminess comes from the leaf.
The leaves, rolled into balls, open up further with every infusion. One serving makes five cups, each a little different.
In the pack
50 g resealable bag, a brewing card with a QR code to a video, and a 5 g sample of another tea matched to your order.
