Shop terms
This English translation is provided for your convenience. Only the Polish version of these terms is legally binding.
Rules for shopping in and using the nagori online shop. Effective from 14 October 2026. Pre-order reservations and subscription sign-ups are covered by the reservation and subscription terms.
1. Seller
The nagori online shop is run by Desta Biuro Rachunkowe Anna Frąckowiak, ul. Żubrowa 16, 86-005 Trzciniec, tax ID (NIP) 9532571297, statistical number (REGON) 362629157, a business registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). Contact: kontakt@nagori.pl, phone +48 737 475 744. (the “Seller”). nagori is the Seller's brand.
2. Orders
- You place an order using the form in the shop, with the “Place order and pay” button. To order, you need to give your email address, full name, phone number and delivery address (an InPost parcel locker or an address for the courier).
- The sales contract is concluded when you receive an email confirming that we have accepted your paid order.
- We cancel unpaid orders after 3 days.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. You see the delivery cost before you place your order.
- Payments are handled by PayU S.A. (BLIK, cards, fast bank transfers and other methods available in PayU). We process your order once the payment has been credited.
- We issue a VAT invoice on request. You enter the invoice details in the order form.
4. Delivery
- We ship within Poland: to an InPost parcel locker (PLN 12.99, free from PLN 120) or by InPost courier (PLN 16.99).
- Orders paid on a working day by 14:00 are shipped the same day, others on the next working day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
- Pre-order products (marked as such on the product page) are shipped from the date given for the product. An order that includes such a product is shipped in full from that date.
5. Discount codes
You enter a code in the cart. Codes cannot be combined, have an expiry date and may be assigned to a single email address or be single-use. The conditions of a specific code are given when it is issued.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
- A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. It is enough to send a statement to kontakt@nagori.pl, for example using the model form below.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to tea delivered in a sealed package which has been opened after delivery, because for health protection and hygiene reasons it cannot be resold (Article 38(1)(5) of the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta)). You can return unopened packs and accessories.
- Send the returned goods back within 14 days of submitting your statement. The buyer pays the cost of sending them back.
- We will refund your payment, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
7. Complaints
- We are responsible for the goods being in conformity with the contract. If something is wrong (e.g. a damaged parcel, a different tea from the one you ordered), write to kontakt@nagori.pl with your order number and a description, ideally with a photo.
- We will reply within 14 days. A consumer may request a replacement and, where a replacement is impossible or would be excessively costly, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, under the rules of the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
8. Business customers
Sole traders who buy for a purpose not of a professional nature for their business (as shown by their entry in CEIDG) have the same rights of withdrawal and complaint as consumers.
9. Reviews
Product reviews can be added only by people who have bought the product in our shop: only the buyer receives the link to the review form, in an email after delivery. We publish all reviews, positive and negative. We only hide content that is vulgar or contains other people's personal data.
10. Electronic services
- Free of charge and by electronic means, we provide: browsing the shop and the Guides, the cart, the order form, the reservation form, the “Find your tea” quiz, the mailing list, the review form and the business enquiry form.
- All you need is an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and an email address. The contract for a given service lasts as long as you use it; you can leave the mailing list at any time using the link in our emails.
- You must not send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others (this applies in particular to reviews and order comments).
- Using the internet involves typical risks (e.g. malware, phishing). We never ask for passwords or payment card details by email.
- Send complaints about electronic services to kontakt@nagori.pl. We will reply within 14 days.
11. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Disputes
A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, e.g. free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or mediation and the arbitration court at a Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (for the Seller, the competent one is WIIH in Bydgoszcz). Information: uokik.gov.pl and prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl. Using these procedures is voluntary.
13. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta). Changes to these terms do not apply to orders placed before the change.
